2) Your second level of control is a project. Workspaces allow you to manage multiple projects and here you can organize the process to get it completed, add tasks to each project and assign them to users, allow clients to see the progress and create notes.
Multiple User Access
Allow multiple team members (users) to access a workspace and manage the projects, update information, add notes, and view clients name and contact email.
When you Invite Users, they can collaborate and manage your projects, tasks and more.
The system emails the User a username, password and link to access projects online.

When you Share a project with a Client, they are only allowed to see the progress.
